How to Return Your Items

  1. Use our self-service returns portal to start your return.
  2. Ensure items are:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In original packaging with all labels attached

Return Policy

Our goodwill return policy entitles you to a refund for an item brought online at uspoloassn.co.uk with a valid receipt or parcel summary documentation.

  • Full-price items: Return within 28 days of receipt for a refund.
  • Sale items: Return within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
  • Underwear: Non-returnable unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving your return.
  • During sale periods or busy times, processing may take up to 15 working days.

Please note this may take longer to show on your bank statement depending on your bank’s processing time.

If your return complies with our returns policy, we will refund the purchase price of the product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

Faulty Items

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, we will replace it free of charge.

To resolve the issue, please contact our customer support team here. Be sure to include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the fault

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be incurred by you and is non-refundable.

  • DPD (24-hour service): £5.99
  • Return via your own method

Important: If you choose an alternative courier, any issues during transit will be your responsibility, and claims must be made directly with the courier.

 

HOW TO PRINT YOUR RETURNS LABEL

Access the Returns Portal
Visit our self-service returns portal and enter the following details:

  • Your U.S. Polo Assn. Order Number (starts with USPA)
  • The email address used for your purchase

Select Items to Return

  • Choose the items and quantities you wish to return.
  • Select a reason for the return from the provided list.

Choose Your Return Method

  • Select a return method via our UK carriers (DPD or Return via your own method).
  • Download a printable label for your parcel based on the chosen method.

Cost of Returns
The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer. For DPD returns, a fee of £5.99 applies.

Drop Off Your Package

  • If you chose DPD, find your nearest DPD drop-off shop using our DPD locator.

 

EXCHANGES

We apologise, but at this time, we do not accept exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

We can only process returns for items purchased directly from uspoloassn.co.uk. If you purchased from another store or website, please return the item to that retailer.
